My wife Sneha daw 37years of age remains non energetic as there is regular massive flow of blood during menstruation. Had broken her left pattella unto pieces in 2014 , got operated and same was fixed by tension band wire.....wire was operated out in 2016......but swelling and pain in that area occurs , also is diabetic ...pl suggest.

Lethargy can be due to uncontrolled diabetes and massive menses can cause anaemia
Kindly check sugar levels, HbA1C and complete hemogram levels as part of initial investigation
