After completion of 26 weeks 2 days of pregnancy our doctor advise to do the routine sonography , and in the report at one place doctor writes that FL is FALLING at 10th centile , Adv- F/u after 4 weeks for interval growth assessment. Now please tell me that what these terms means . Is everything normal , at this gestational age according to the terms used by the doctor.
Please reply as soon as possible.

FL is femoral length...it is a bone in the babies body use to measure growth...if value is less it maybe suggest of growth restriction... connect with me on consult to share the sonography report so I can guide you further

if its less than 10 th centile..then it could be a problem..
you need to repeat an ultrasound with a fetal medicine specialist.
