My wife have a cyst in right overy

Asked for Male, 33 Years

My wife cause sudden abdominal and lower back pain and vomiting. After ultrasound it diagnosys 5mm stone in right kidney and 59 mm cyst in right overy. So what is long term impact of cyst and is there any problem in pregnancy i future.
