Please give me information about this report of 3D us for uterus pregnant... she lost baby last year at 24 weeks ( premature labor ) .. now she tske Aspirin 75 mg daily ..
all Anti Phospholipid are negative
Anti Cardiolipin and Beta 2 glycoprotein ( IgA IgM and IgG ) Negative
but LUPUS AntiCoagulant Slightly high ( 35.6 sec)
Gyaencologist Say she is Arcuate of Uterus

Arcuate uterus generally doesn't cause much problems in pregnancy.
preterm Labor or malpresentations may occur..
However lupus anticoagulant s associated with recurrent pregnancy loss.
Its advisable to be on low molecular weight heparin.
