Primary tumor likely to be arising from hepatobiliary system i.e. liver or biliary tract.
I suggest to undergo whole body PET CT scan to see whether it is limited to liver or is spread beyond. Then only the stage can be ascertained.Need to see the patient and images of both ct scan and pet CT scan to plan further management .
