My ultrasound report and lft report

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Sir I done my test of a whole abdomen In my ultrasound sonography test it mention I have a minor faty liver non alcoholic grade 1 I also done my hepatitis b test and hepatitis c test all report is Normal i also done my lipid profile test. Test are the parameter plz chexk My SGOT IS 23 SGPT IS 16 My total bilburin is 1.73 Bilburin indirect is 0.67 Bilburin direct is 1.06 Alkaline phosphate is 129 Gama glutamyl transferase is 19 Proten total is 7.6 Albumin 4.7 Globulin 2.9 AG ratio 1.62 I'm attaching my report along with Plz chexk tell any diet I should have to start Or through diet I can lower it my bilburin and alkaline pospatase And also tell me which juice is good for me To take everyday
