One of the 2 reports is surely wrong. TSH doesnt change so fast. Get your TSH done from one single reputed laboratory and do not repeat the test at least for 6 weeks once the doses are changed. It takes the at least 6 weeks for the drug to act and make any change in TSH levels. Hypothyroidism is not something that should trouble you so much. If 25 microgram doesn't work the dose may need to be increased.
Next Steps
Take Thyroxin 50 microgram empty stomach daily and repeat TSH alone after 6 weeks.
Health Tips
Better to continue the same brand of medicines
