TSH increased 9.395

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi, My TSH increased 9.395 on 27august ..im taking 50mcg thyronorm tablet... Last TSH was 3.625 on 28june... I'm a Breastfeeding mother... Will it affect to my baby(6month old baby)?? My doctor increase the dose and prescribed 75 mcg of thyronorm now? How long to take 75mcg and check again TSH level?

It won’t effect your baby . You need to wait 4-6 Weeks before you can check your TSH, T4 again .
