As your tooth is decayed .. need to examine it via xray and clinically.. to check for the extent of caries ... whether it’s approaching the nerve of the tooth or it’s superficial., Do u have any other symptoms...? Depending upon the examination, it will go for rct following cap or filling of the tooth .,
