My 3.8 year son has developed red boils over his body please suggest the line of treatment he has completed all his vacation on time he has pediasure as priscibed by pediatric he has bath every day has cold form 3 weeks don't know what to do

Better visit a pediatrician near by as these rashes can be viral , allergic, scabies or anything else.
