Hello hii, Please visit to the nearest dental clinic and go for the tooth cleaning procedure called SCALING. It helps in removing the calculus that is accumulated around and on the tooth  and removes stains. For the removal of yellow stains I suggest you for another cleaning technique called BLEACHING. Thank you..

Go to a dentist for a cleaning procedure. Most likely it's due to accumulation of tartar and stains and a cleaning would make your teeth get back to its natural colour. If after that also you're not satisfied with your tooth colour, you could opt for bleaching as well.
