Dear friend, your zig zag teeth can be made straight and spaces reduced with braces. Consult an good orthodontist in your area. You are sure to have a great smile after treatment. Second query- you have not mentioned what is itchy. So all unable to answer.

Itchy gums is a symptom of gum disease. If the disease is very severe (periodontitis) it could lead to tooth migration leading to spacing between teeth. Get an opinion of a periodontist first before consulting an orthodontist.
