Itchy gums is a symptom of gum disease. If the disease is very severe (periodontitis) it could lead to tooth migration leading to spacing between teeth. Get an opinion of a periodontist first before consulting an orthodontist.

U can get good smile, dentist can utilise the spaces to pull ur teeth back, few things we have to check 1) presence of any gum disease, 2)how much of bony defect to b corrected,so u need good clinical examination and a set of X rays visit a good dentist nearby
