All you need is orthodontic treatment. For that broken teeth, you may have to go for RCT followed by capping. Your dentist examine you clinically and depending on the X-ray report, they will advise you the treatment.
Next Steps
Visit dentist and discuss more about the treatment required.

As I can understand your upper front teeth are protuding. You need Orthodontic Teeth Correction, means braces to get your teeth aligned properly. Ideal age considered for Orthodontic treatment is between 12-18 years. Your age is 24 , so it's little late for Orthodontic treatment, prognosis is not considered very good. Although now a days Orthodontic treatment has advancement and can be done after 20 years age also. Treatment will take longer time. Also you have to wear your Orthodontic Retention Plate for longer duration after treatment. For your broken tooth, you probably might have to go simply Composite Restoration (Filling) if Tooth Nerve is not involved or Root Canal Treatment and Crown if Tooth nerve is involved and/or there is infection below your tooth root.
Next Steps
Get your OPG done, and consult a nearby dentist.
