My strees level is increasing day by Day
One thing is remind in my mind always and keep me depressed every time and i cannot concentrate on my study and always feeling depressed streess anxiety

The " One Thing"  might be reason for u r " depression" we often call it precipitating factor ..Try to solve it out u r self or with the help of friend or family members.. symptoms will get corrected automatically..If its not possible and  u have additional biological disturbances apart from depressed mood  like sleep,appetite,Energy  & libido clearly indicated need for proper consultation..u can consult me online....
