My stitch is fatigue

So this is called Stitch Granuloma
It’s a small piece of Tread that is left behind at time causing irritating and as you have mentioned bloody discharge

Actual diagnosis can be stitch granuloma, delayed wound infection, retained tissue related infection. Solution will be also antibiotics coverage to relook wound exploration.

Hello Miss Puja, there must be a stitch that has left during your Stitch removal process, called as Stitch Granuloma, you need to visit a General Surgeon to confirm and get it removed, don't worry you'll be fine soon.

One stitch might be left out without removing which is usually the cause. And might have infection as well. Solution - show image or consult General surgeon and get the stitch removed and the wound will heal automatically.
