My sons eyes are red
My sons eyes are red. And he can't open it in the morning it has become itchy and has alot of sleep crust what should I do

Should wipe eyelashes with cotton soaked in warm water clean it n should use antibiotic eye drops  and lubricating  eye drops

You need to see an ophthalmologist. It could be allergic conjunctivitis if the discharge is white. Infection needs to be ruled out if the discharge is creaming or green. Mostly allergic conjunctivitis would cause symptoms and signs like that.
