My son weight in increasing
My son age is 9years (23/1/2013), he is very normal in weight and body, in sep 2018 his weight was 27kgs , from may 2019 he start gaining weight, 1st we didn't think it's serious but in March 2020 his weight was 42 almost nf now it's 48, I meet pediatrician nd done lot of tests TRIGLYCERIDES 256 HDL CHOLESTEROL 34 VDLD CHOLESTEROL 51 TOTAL THYROXINE 11.40 THYROID STIMULATION HORMONE 4.77 Nd even he getting black marks around neck, underarms nd doctor told it's insulin resistance, I meet 2 to 3 doctors, they just suggest work outs nd exercise, is really they work?? I am very afraid bcoz of his health.. Kindly suggest what steps to be taken now

Make him exercise for 60min each day... Can be in any form like cycling,skipping,swimming or even dancing.

Hi, His TSH level is on the higher side, repeat thyroid profile after 3 months
Next Steps
Avoid junk food, dinner 2 hrs before bedtime. Avoid mobile abs TV which eating. Plenty of liquids/ water to drink Exercise regularly.
