Plz mention age and weight of your child. Mebeverine is Anticholinergic drug may cause diarrhea, constipation, headache, irritability and slow heart rate at the worst. Chlordiazepoxide is benzodiazepine drug may cause dizziness and slowing of respiratory rate and has very long half life which means stays In system for long period of time. So if it's less than 2-4 hrs of ingestion please take your child to emergency and get a gastric lavage done, which means taking out of stomach by washing through NG tube by doctor. And watch the child for any symptoms mentioned above for next 2-3 days.
