Hello, my son 2.2y old, suffering from fever, we went to doctor, he advised as likes dengue after blood test in my native place, then we took second opinion traveling to Bangalore here he said just give me paracetamol ntg like dengue so so.
But my son is not having fever since 4days but cough and cold is there.
Blood test shown as Dengue IgM -positve,
Which is right? What I have to do

If blood test is positive with Dengue IgM, it means that your son is having Dengue fever.
Treatment for Dengue fever is the same, you need to give Paracetamol as per body weight and keep your child hydrated well.
