How old baby is? Weight of baby? Baby is on formula milk? Baby has been given any iron supplements? Kindly consult online as 2 way communication will be needed..

Green colour stool is normal only,  If baby is passing urine minimum 6-8 times per day.  Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or bad smelling motion.   Consistently green stools in the breastfed baby can indicate an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk,  often resulting in frothy green stools. ... Teething can also bring about green stools due to increased saliva.   A lot of green vegetables or something with green food coloring in mom's diet also cause green colour motion in baby.
