My son not responding to his name
My son is 20 months old. He is not responding if we call him or ask to give something (like throw the ball etc). He just blabbers, he doesn't like to play with any toys now or read books, always sucking thumb. He used to talk few words, play with toys, read books, imitate us few months ago when he was at my native. I came back to my home it's been 3 months now he became very much silent. Even if we try to talk or play he just runs away. Even if we ask 100 times also he won't do or respond. Please let know if this is any developmental delay. Whom I should consult with?

Red Flag sign for speech delay is  no babbling by 9 months ,no words by 15 months and no   consistent words by 18 months. First and foremost child should be evaluated for hearing which is the common and treatable cause of speech delay . Also child needs to be evaluated for delay or loss of milestone from other domain. Thorough history and evaluation is needed
Next Steps
Consult pediatrician or some developmental specialist

If child learned something and after that he not doing that thing that is not developmental delay. Yes I could be normal sometime if environment or surroundings are change or something during learning phase but it should be mild and other developmental parameters are normal for age. If is more or prolonged or increasing or affected other developmental parameters or having other symptoms then need to evaluate.
Next Steps
Try yourself more engaging in him. Consult pediatrician or developmental clinic if needed
