My son is hyperactive
My son is 3 years old. He actually doesn't bother to anyone even he doesn't hesitate to making any nonsense with any unknown person. He is very kind of hyperactive boy and having very high levels of energy. Never sit for a minute in gentle manner. But we didn't observe any abnormalities in him and he behaves also like normal. Is that any concern that we need to take into consideration or this type of hyperactivity will be normalized with his growing gradually.

It seems to be ADHD. It needs to be treated rationally so that the physical and mental health of the child is not affected. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and medication if required. Homeopathic medication would be the best solution for his concern.

Hi... It is normal for kids to be over active at this age but when you call it hyperactive, it creates a reason to get him assessed for ADHD. Especially, if there are other signs like difficulty in behaviour, cognition, mood, etc.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist for Diagnosis/Medication (if required) and a Psychologist for Talk Therapy.
