My son is 1 month baby has constipation
My son is 1 month infant has constipation, he expel gas ,trying to passed stool but not coming out since 2 days.
We are using to vitamin d3 drops, Zincovit drops. Please suggest me medicine to stool passed out.

Babies up to 3-4 months of life can pass 10-12 motions a day OR pass one motion after 3-4 days.
Both are normal as long as stools are soft and formed.
Just ensure a gap of at least 2 to 2-1/2 hours in-between feeds,and maintain strict hygiene in giving breastfeeds.
