My son having Fever
My 21months son having fever from last night.i have given paracetamol p 250 4times. But still having fever .kindly advice some medicine.

Sometimes only paracetamol will not help in fever . And u need a course of antibiotics for fever. Consult me for further course of action

For 22 months baby dose u have given 250 mg of paracetamol is not recommended , do colf sponging
