My son got fever and coughing
My son got cough and fever. Last night temperature goes upto 101.We are given dolo syrup and astalin. But still temperature and cough is existing pls suggest

Continue paracetamol for the fever...
asthalin is for wet cough so if there is dry cough then give zerotuss syp and home remedy...
Maintain hydration by giving plenty of liquid orally....
Next Steps
wait for 2to3 days for fever to come down...

Hi,
Give paracetamol/ dolo 6 hrly if temperature more than 99 deg F
Give Syr Levolin for wet cough
Give plenty of liquids/warm water
Give normal diet
Next Steps
Wait for 2-3 days. If child is not active or fever doesn’t settle, meet a nearby paediatrician.
