My son is 4 years 8 months old he is complaining about pain after urinating. What it could be we consult with the dr he said nothing to worry and prescribe some medicine s but the problem is same is there any suggestions what should we do now

Sometimes pain after urination can be due to calculus too... and there are many other reasons too.

It could be normal (due to concentrated URINE as a result of reduced water intake).However if the problem is persistent, you need to rule out UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) by doing a URINE CULTURE test
