My skin is dry recently.
I have skin issues in my leg ankle for almost 5 years. Recently started feeling dryness in my penis, lips and eyes. I have not visited doctor so far.  Even sex is not enjoyable with the dryness I see in my penile area. I am 36 years old. Is this symptoms something to worry about.

Hii... It can be eczema or psoriasis... Both can cause certain problems... This is an acute on chronic eczema. You first need steroid antibiotic cream short course, then a guided approach to smoothing out skin out with ointments. To not recur you will need some creams as prevention later on after healing. As for other areas, we will need to see before deciding what the issue really is
