My skin get effected with red aches

Asked for Male, 15 Years

My skin get in red colour after bath. When I take bath after 30 seconds my body is like rough. I take bath by hot water. Plz help me. I go to doctor for it. They advice me to wear the clothes immediately after taking bath. They give me insinin-20 tablets. Due to this my face has very small pimples. Many of them are on Mt upper part of my face
