Your high BP may be stress related. You should take salt and fat restricted diet. Try to sleep adequately at night , take frequent, small meals and have regular exercise. Take plenty of water.Do you take any medicine for high BP? Do you have any thyroid or Cholesterol issues? Body pain may be due to Vitamin D and Calcium deficiency which need to be checked. Now you have got respiratory infection which needs proper treatment. You may take tablet Paracetamol 650 mg SOS after food.
