I am frm hyderabad from two days onwords frm kness backside pain then solwlly knees to upto hip pain also small bumps created on knees above and hips lot off and very pain on hips and knees Wat could i do for this any medicines having plz tell me Attached for your refrence i attached example pics same like i am happend
