Please suggest something I want to loose fat from my lower body such as waist hips nd thighs m getting fat day by day nd it's embarrassing when I see my lower body than the upper please help me Suggest for some exercises nd for a diet plan cnt go for gyming

Most important thing is that you need to do some sort of physical activity to reduce fat. Only diet will not help. Please get a hormonal check done.
