I am a 15 years old boy but my weight and height are not too much good. My height is 5.5feet and weight 48 kg. I want to increase my height as well as weigh. So please suggest me some natural ways to increase height and weight

Hi, You are adolescent and still your height can be increased, if you follow a nutritious balanced diet and your gene and heredity support you. Include good quality and quantity protein in your diet, like egg, chicken, milk, dahi/ curd, soyabean, almond, cashew, sprouts, mushroom etc. You should have calorie rich meal like rice kheer with nuts and raisins, khichdi with moong-masoor, pis-pas etc. Drink atleast 3 litre water per day and should have a sound sleep about 7-8 hours.
