  4. My period came back. In a lot of pain!

My period came back
My period was gone for a day and a half and seems to back again only now it's Pink and it did have stringy dark red blood in it and is now pink again I have also had a migraine all day today that won't go away and feeling pretty nauseated with slight cramps in my vigina and yesterday my back and legs were in a lot of pain

Get an ultrasound done to see for any pathology,and probably a few tests to figure out for any harmonal imbalance.
