I think my nose is infected really bad and I'm scared because I think there is a hole in my nose I've been cleaning it with salt water and conton bud and putting vassaline on it to protect for a barrier

As per your description.. you have nasal septal perforation.. need more details.. history of any nasal surgery? septal abscess?any sniffing habit? nasal trauma? Consult an ENT specialist
