My nose is dry and stuffy

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Both nostrils are dry and stuffy. Even when I sneeze nothin comes out. I am facing this prob from last 8 months . Also when I run or do any cardio exercise, the ear pressure change and they get block. please advise what to do. Thnx.
