My nipples are midly painful
I am 28 years, and from last 2 weeks there is a mid pain on both of my nipples( tip and the black area around the nipple). I am sexually not active since last 2 months and my periods are regular.
I tried to lessen the pain by taking a warm bath.
I usually don't wear a bra while sleeping by due to some function I slept with my bra for 2 nights.
Apart from this I have traveled for work in 2 wheeler for 2 days before this pain started.
