My nipple having pain and gyneocomastia?
Recently remember that when i was 14 i having pain in nipple and"" small ball like structure"" just under nipple feel pain when press it now it is completly normal do i have gynecomastia

Well depends. Gynaecomastia is felt with rubbery nipples. Send nipples photos maybe I'll be able to diagnose better.
