My mouth hurts
I have a red spot in my mouth in the back left side and it hurt and is swollen and red and I can barely swallow.

Hi, I think it’s a small ulcer in your mouth. It could most probably be a stress ulcer the cause of which is in the name itself. Also it’s caused by lack of sleep. Few lifestyle modifications would make sure you won’t get it again.

For now you should focus on taking a good quality multivitamin supplement once daily for a week.
