My mother is not getting sleep
My mother is not getting sleep in day and night and suffering with headache from last 20 days onwards ... she has BP, Sugar nd Thoird issues and taking medicine.
Could you please suggest which specilist doctor is suitable for this problem (i. e. not getting sleep nd suffered with headache...

Ashwagandha arista 10ml twice a day
Narasimha rasayana 1tsp daily before food.

Do yoga like shavasana daily start from 5min... It will relax your mind.
