My mother(age52) diabitic
My mom is diabitic from 19 years, she got diabities immediatly after i was born. She also suffers from acidity problem(appendix operation was done 25years ago) Anything which is KHAARA(like chilly) will immediatly results in severe stomach pain, so what type of food she can eat? She is taking TRIGLYMSTER2 tab.

hi for gastritis its advisable to avoid spicy food and take food in proper timings, which helps both diabetes and gastritis, she can take vegetables, fruits, butter milk and avoid spicy, oily, fried foods

Hello,   Your mother's height is 149cm and weight is 58 kg..BMI will be 26 which is slightly above the normal.Her HbA1C is 8.5 which means her diabetes is not well under control.It should be around 7%..You did not write how many times she's taking Triglimestar per day.Either her dosage is not sufficient or she's not exercising regularly or her diet is not proper.For her gastritis ask her to take Esomeprazole 20 mg daily on empty stomach.Also ask her to drink buttermilk with meals as well as in between meals.
