Consult a cardiologist to rule out a cardiac cause. Esomeprazole and domperidone tablets twice a day for her acidity would be helpful.

Pain on left side of chest radiating to Lt arm is to be taken seriously. But other symptoms like sweating, general weakness if these are also there, it becomes important to rule out any heart problem. ECG is required to be done. Whether she is suffering from Hypertension and or diabetes is equally important. As she is also suffering from indigestion, she should be treated for that. She may need anti amoebic treatment with Metrogyl 400mg three times a day for five days and Tab Pantocid 40mg OD. It will be better if You could consult your treating doctor and discuss the problem regarding its treatment and prognosis.
