Have done routine test , my lipid profile not looking good. I need help on this . Shal I go for more tests . Or have to start medicine .

Depends up on ur age, and other risk factors like obesity, smoking, blood pressure.. that you need medicines or not.
But definitely you need lifestyle modification in the form of regular excercise and healthy diet in the form of high fibre and low carbohydrates/fat
