You are obviously stressed up. The loss of your baby has affected you. You are not strong emotionally and get easily hurt. Your increase in weight is because of overeating to fill your void. No man is an island. You are passing through a rough time. Seek help and advice from a true friend if you have one or else go for professional help. Practice meditation and yoga. Do aerobic exercises. Eat to survive. You will surely come out of all this.

First and foremost you should have a strong determination to reduce weight. Reducing weight should be gradual and not fast. For that it is most important that you take out at least half an hour time and do cardio exercise daily. What I mean is that you need to that type of exercise which increase your heart rate and cause perspiration. In your food you need to avoid carbohydrates and fatty food which includes rice, potatoes, sweet items, fast food, junk food like samosa, cold drinks, icecreams etc. drink plenty of water at least 3 to 4 litres a day and include protein in your diet like egg, fish, chicken, skimmed milk, dal, mushrooms, soya etc. Take lots of fresh vegetables and salads, at least one fruit a day( except banana, mango, sitaphal or custard apple). Take some non caloric food every two to three hours. never miss a meal. if you follow this routine for 6 months to one year I am sure you will reduce weight and your periods will also fall back to normal which will help you to conceive
