Left eye is red and semi liquid lke thing keeps collecting, or there is dirt stuck to the eyes, and due to that that dirt or liquids keeps obstructing vision

I think it is conjunctivitis, you should use vigamox eye drops 68 times + zymer eye drops 5-6 times +genteal eye drops 5-6 times + Flarex eye drops 3-4 times, if you don't get relief within few days you should consult local Opthalmologist.
