There is a pain in my eyes and red blood freeze-dried in my eyes . There is a black and red dot in out eyes

You should consult  ophthmologist for  refraction & if prescribed any glass you should wear, from your history it is not clear whether  it is sub conjunctival hemorrhage or redness  due to allergy, you should share photos.
