My left ear is blocked and bloody.
I feel like my ear is blocked and when I try to remove the wax, blood comes out and its paining and when I speak it's echoing a bit.

You might be suffering from impacted wax inside your ear canal which might have been pushed deeper while cleaning causing significant ear blocking sensation. Treatment is removal of wax.
