My left ankle joint produces pop sound
These days my left ankle joint makes pop sound every time I take a step. This is not painful but is making me worry. Is this due to deficiency of some vitamins in the body? It has started making noise during this lockdown time Or i would say since Jan. I am not doing walks or exercises as such and so could be this issue? How can I improve my joint health. Sometimes I have noticed my knee joint (left) too making some creaky sound. I had no issues with them earlier when I used to walk earlier when I used to commute to office. Any remedies? Thanks in advance.

Too much sitting is causing the problem associated with relatively less physical activity. Sitting cross legged leads to pressure/inflammation on the tendons near the feet and when they rub across the bones or within themselves then they give a noise. Sitting is also causing patellofemoral joint issues at the knee..
Next Steps
improve sitting, ergonomic manner, frequent breaks and stretching exercises.
