My kid is having fever from past 5 days

My kid is 3 year old and shez having fever and cough from Wednesday evening.. Its going to be 6 days now but still fever has not gone.. Fever comes completely down at day time n night fever will be high.. We are giving her calpol n only when necessary gave her meftal.. But she has bad cough

Hi, from your post it is obvious that ur 3yr old girl is having high grade intermittent fever & cough, nearly 6days duration: chest infection has to be ruled out, especially if she has fast breathing /chest retraction/grunting.
