My inner voice not letting me sleep, keep on saying something about persons I hate, who cheated me, past incidents which hurt me. Please save me from that voice.

I think u are suffering from too much stress, or anxiety disorder or depression or anger. It must be treated properly unless it gets big enough to form bipolar disorder. Consult psychologist immediately online or offline and take help.

Our conscience is a witness to all that happens in our life . We cannot switch it off . Your conscience should be your friend and you must have healthy communication, not hurtful . If you are. It able to cope up with hurt caused to you by others meet a psychologist and vent out . Release yourself of thoughts that bother you.

I understand the anxiety you may be feeling, Unless fully diagnosed by psychiatrist we may not come up with hallucinations terminology, the inner voice may not be hallucination at all, you may be feeling regretful for letting people to cheat you, the pain of trusting such unworthy or even do you really deserve the pain you’re going through.

But what I suggest is please consult a Psychiatrist immediately as the 'inner voice' you are referring to is what needs to be evaluated. While many times high levels of stress, anxiety or sleep deripvation can cause such symptoms, the possibility of a hallucination needs to be rules out.
