My husband is not behaving properly
Since last 3 to 4 days my husband is behaving wierdly. He keeps on repeating some lines like( let me meditate, you wont let me meditate today,) and this thing he says every single time i try talk to him. Back in 2020 he was having a bit depression, he cured from that but due to some fights with me he becomes dissapointed very soon with me and starts overthinking and then starts blaming me. Then he stops talking to me and even stop his routine acitivites too like going for work.. and stays in home itself the whole day in a same bed. He sleeps at a very unusual time that is at 11 morning or 12 noon.

Hi, seems he has agitated depression . He seems to have relapsed and has second episode of depression. Some people with depression can experience psychotic symptoms such as hearing voices which will make them fear or anxious leading to frequent meditation, in the hope of getting better. Also, they may not like darkness or night times , hence may prefer to sleep early mornings. Further explanation of his symptoms are essential for diagnosis. Treatment are based on his diagnosis including medications and talking therapy.
